| Adam | August 9th, 2008 10:35 PM Oh, the ratchet returned this morning is the consumate reject ratchet for rebuilding. It has almost everything wrong with it a ratchet can have. You've got your hammers on the handle. Your chipped chrome on the sharp corners of the head. Horribly rusted, handles - complete with rust pits. The selector lever was "missing". And, the mechanism was also dry as a bone. Wow! All it needed to be complete, was being bent. This one's a keeper! |
| Paul | August 10th, 2008 12:22 AM Maybe, just for show, you should hammer something *with* it, Adam. Makes some nice scars on the sheet metal plate. Then, just for kicks, engrave *your* initials in it. See if anyone notices. LOL |
| Paul | August 10th, 2008 12:28 AM Anyone remember what FUBAR stands for? LOL Maybe that could be the "F" code. hahaha |
| Adam | August 10th, 2008 12:31 AM FUBAR Would that be bad barcode? :) I hate it when those FUBARS don't scan. Yes? |
| Adam | August 10th, 2008 12:34 AM What gets your ratchet a nice flash mark? A working automotive battery ground cable. :) |
| Paul | August 10th, 2008 12:39 AM Got one of them "flashmarks" on my next gen 3/8 ratchet. Grounded reeeeeal good... LOL |
