| Adam | August 5th, 2008 04:32 PM OK. I'm doin a little bit of house/garage/back patio cleanup. The really great thing is, with a short-term memory, I'm finding a LOT of "1st time" tools. You wouldn't believe how many ratchets and ratchet rebuild kits are sprinkled about around here! And, an extra-long 5/8 inch Craftsman cold chisel. Now you can either wear safety glasses while using a normal length cold chisel, or use this'n. I don't think they got a chip that can "fly" that far! Just, kidding. My regular glasses ARE Polycarbonate Safety Glasses. I seem to have a collecting penchant for Craftsman screwdrivers, too. Lots of sale and clearance priced tools scattered about. The best part of cleaning is getting the opportunity to organize the stuff better. I never knew about my fascination in Utility Knives, until I gathered them altogether in about TWO roll cabinet drawers. I'm running out of room. So, I'll have to: Throw them out? - Hah, hah, not likely. Sell them? - For pennies on the dollar? Give them away? - Nice try... I know! - Must find MORE STORAGE units. Get rid of that old computator desk in the garage. I can DO this! Oh... an old Craftsman "yellow" tape measure. That there was made HERE. I think its the one I used to wear as a Sales Associate. It's got Adam's wrote on the back of it. And, and... A green tape measure. |
