| Adam | March 16th, 2007 11:02 PM March 16, 2007 Countersink I'm going back to work tomorrow and will be resuming the repair of a treadmill. The particle board walking platform panel cracked in half (user weight limit possibly) and I'm installing a new panel my very own self. Cool! The holes have been mostly pre-drilled. But, the countersunk holes were never done for the #3 and #4 Phillips, flat-head screws and bolts. Fortunately, Craftsman sells a full 3/4 inch diameter countersink bit in the stores. I'll check to make sure I don't have one hanging around in the PMT workshop already - painted blue, of course. Tomorrow afternoon, the store should have a dandy mid-range sized treadmill out on the Sell Me display area. |
