| Joe | October 2nd, 2006 07:52 AM "103" prefix tools are now under the guise of "113" who is Emerson Electric. Emerson and Sears have basically severed ties around 1998, due to the Radial Arm Saw recall that soured a nearly 50 year relationship between the two. Adding to the fact that Emerson started importing tools from China rather than making them in the USA as they did proudly for many years, and the quality went right into the toilet, as did their business. Bearing that in mind, have you contacted Emerson? How about the Old Woodworking Tools Website (google it). Someone might have a source or a parts unit there for you. |
