Does anyone know where I can get plans to build a toy barn? I would like to build one for my nephew as an x-mas gift.

Thank You

Looking for something smaller - something he can play with his toy tractors and such... I guess you could compare it to the size of a doll house or a little bigger...

Whew... that looks like way more work that I was thinking. I have started making my own plans for a barn (w/ a Gambrel Roof.) I will try to post pics if I ever get it completed!!! Thank you...

Have fun.

I did "The Elmers Glue Doll House" for my daughter.

The secret word here is plywood.

After the whole thing is standing and "functional", decorative siding, mock beams and artificial hay can be added.

I almost forgot.

There are a lot of barns and sheds books out there (Barns & Noble) that have renditions of different buildings, that interested readers can send in for complete plans.

Of course, if you are building a scaled down model, it should be pretty simple to look at the pretty illustrations and create a plywood masterpiece of your own.

Of all the ones I've looked at the three car garage with a two story structure is the most commanding.

It's BIGGER than my house!

I could have a living room in the middle "port", have a small shop in the right side port and put my VEE-hicle in the far left port.

With the actual living quarters/tool museum on the spacious (3 cars wide) second story.

We'll just pass on the Shea, "I've got more money than anyone on this block" building.
