PM2790 Router bit speeds

The larger the diameter of the bit, the slower it should turn. If you have the ability to slow the motor via a variable speed controller, then do so for any bit over 3-4 times shank diameter. If the diameter is less than 3x you should be able to run full speed. Let the router and bit tell you. Listen/feel for any vibration or weird harmonics. Check again as you feed the combo through the workpiece. Feed rate plays a major factor in smoothness of cut and also needs to be adjusted.
