| Joe | August 15th, 2005 07:54 PM Emerson and Sears disbanded around 1998 with the radial arm saw issue. So, if it's 10 years old, it may be an imported (or USA made) Emerson. Be careful. Be willing to make a "dry run" and get disappointed. Might be a Chinese paperweight. Could be a USA made unit. Emerson flip flopped at that time. The '89 chop saw (113 Emerson) I found pitched is a Taiwan job. On the fence about what I should do with it. |
