| Offroad | September 7th, 1999 08:51 PM OK, First of all bench top table saws are pretty much worthless other than just for rough cutting where accuracy does not count. A very big point to remember is even though there are tools that can perform the same tasks as others, each tool only excells at the task for wich it is meant, that is why there are so many different types and styles out there. Both the radial arm saw and the table saw can suit your needs, BUT remember, it is the brand and model that you buy that will make all the difference! They may all look the same, but they are NOT! Research the tools you want to buy! |
