| Joe | June 10th, 2005 02:29 PM The Ridgid would be the rough equal of the old "113" prefix saws that Sears used to get. Sears and Emerson (who makes the Ridgid stuff) parted ways after many years in 1998 and now Ryobi supplies "315" prefix tools in place of the "113" we used to get from Emerson at Sears. Emerson is a shadow of its former self and the loss of the Sears contract shows through in their customer service and products. Lackluster at best. Sears must agree with me, because their wet-dry vacs are now "338" prefix Shopvacs, no more Emersons. |
