CPTD I am having trouble find a good table saw?

Pick a 10" saw, with cast iron table wings. Make sure the miter guage slots are parallel to the blade, and that you can zero the blade miter adjustment. Also, check to see whether the rip fence can be adjusted to square it to the blade. (That's all the basic stuff) After you settle on a saw, you can build a table or work bench to set it in. Use either 3/4" or 1" plywood for stability, and ensure the saw top is level with the bench top.
