| Adam | May 3rd, 2005 07:29 PM Excellent! Building up from old. I don't know a lot of people who make those brand new solid maple benches that are featured fairly often in woodworking magazines. Most of us start with something old, find something new to add on to the bench and use some ideas borrowed to build a long lasting bench that will facilitate our relationship with our tools, till death do us part. I still love reading those workbench articles and the occasional book on the subject. The Taunton Press book about Toolboxes is excellent also. |
