| Bob Nantais | March 21st, 2005 07:58 PM I recently purchased the Craftsman 10" table saw and am happy about only part of the purchase. It does most of what I want however the miter bar is not the standard 3/4 x 3/8 size and will not accommodate any advanced miter attachments one might want to use. I have found through research that many other customers are also unhappy with this design and I would think if you are listening at all Craftsman and wish to keep your loyal customers happy, why don't you design a fix for the many of us who want a better miter bar. You are ultimately chasing a lot of good customers away who simply no longer want to spend money on Craftsman tools. I am certainly becoming less loyal as I learn that no body at Craftsman seems to care. If you have a fix, then let people know about it. |
