| bob-5 | May 31st, 2005 01:43 PM I can't believe that nobody makes and sells some machined aluminum bar for this application? It's a good saw but this is ridiculous! I bought Craftsman for the name (instead of just buying a cheap GMC at Lowe's or Home Depot) but now I'm sorry I did. Seems you need a small machine shop to deal with the issues: 1/2" max dado, weird miter slots, etc. I realized I was buying the bottom-of-the-line Craftsman, but I'm majorly discouraged by this |
