| Hook | July 28th, 2004 06:15 PM I bought a Craftsman model 351.217150 lathe about 6 weeks ago. I bought a bowl turning rest two weeks ago. The box came with the correct rest model number on the box (29848). I put the rest on and have used it several times. It just don't feel right. Doesn't go up high unough in my opinion. I looked again and foungd that the Owners Manual from Sears states thet the rest is for Sears lathes Model numbers 351.217120 and 351.2717170. I think they sent the wrong part. I've called them and have a promise of a call back tomorrow. talked to six different people...Anyone with any experience?? Hook |
