| Ken | June 29th, 2004 02:33 PM Iâve bought Sears Box templates for my dovetail fixture (model #25450). The instructions are not very clear as to just were the bushing guide is to ride on the template fingers. There is a small ledge about 1/8th of and inch from the top. Does the bushing guide ride above this edge or is suppose to ride on the thicker part deeper down from the top of the template? |
| jeremy | January 12th, 2006 06:30 PM hi there, I have the same template that I've been using for years. After the bushing is installed in the router base plate, it rides along the thick part of the template. the routers base plate should sit flat on the template itself. hope this helps, feel free to email me if you have questions. :) |
