| Chuck | September 26th, 2004 02:25 PM If I understand your question, there's a nut and washer on the top end of the spindle. You put the washer on after sliding the sanding tube onto the threaded rod. As you tighten the nut, it expands the rubber tube. This should hold the sanding tube itself from moving up on the rubber tube. Did I help? |
