| tony m. | January 25th, 2004 10:04 AM i was wondering if i can put a 10" saw blade on my 9" tble saw. i stuck the blade on the arbor and it looked like i had enough clearance in the insert. would there be any other reason why i shouldnt? my saw is a 1959 craftsman contractor saw and the local home improvement places dont cary 9" saw blades. just curious. thanks, tony |
| Adam Chamberlain | February 19th, 2004 07:26 PM I would recommend sticking with the original saw size. The machine is designed for 9 inch blades. As long as you can still get them, they'll certainly cut sheet goods and nominal 2 by material. |
