gazelle I have several old Craftsman bench power tools
November 12th, 2004 11:32 AM
I am in the process of clearing out a relative's home and have discovered old Craftsman tools in excellent working condition. I'm interestied in knowing if anyone has any ideas as to what the best way to market these for top dollar might be?

Thanks, but the items are too heavy to ship and would negate any savings gained.

A couple of possibilities...

1. Some areas of the country have "Trader" type magazines where you could list your items.

2. The local newspaper want ads.

3. eBay. I would list them for "local pick-up only and not offer shipping due to the size of the items.

Did you ever sell the Craftsman Commercial metal cutter (horizontal band) model 101-22922? Did it have the Instruction manual?
Thanks

Have you tried to contact the OEM vendor as suggested in another post?

I have gotten several manuals for older Sears equipment this way.
