what are old craftsman tools worth? April 27th, 2003 07:00 AM I have an old Atlas Drill Press, I understand this company manufactured drill presses for Craftsman. I would like to replace some bearings and I am wondering if anyone has an idea if or where I could get a parts list.

Thanks in advance

what are old craftsman tools worth? November 13th, 2003 06:39 PM I have two complete sets of taps and dies [LATE 30'S OR EARLY 40'S]. BOTH ARE IN ORIGINAL WOODEN CASES. THEY ARE #5501 [NF THREADS 1/4 5/16 3/8 7/17 1/2] AND #5499[NC THREADS 1/4 5/16 3/8 7/16 1/2 5/8 3/4]. I AM INTERESTED IN THE APPROX. VALUE OF THESE SETS. THEY WERE USED IN OUR FARM SHOP, SO ARE WELL USED, BUT IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
