| Adam | July 1st, 2008 01:43 AM Sears has got its 4-cycle engine Convertible Trimmer on sale for 50 dollars off. This might be the one to get, if ya don't like mixing the gas and oil together for the 2-cycle trimmers. My 2-cycle gave up, some time ago and now all I have is an electric version to power the attachments. Less power. But, MUCH quieter. The 4-cycle version would add the power back into the yard task equation. And, I could just use the same gas as all the other 4-cycle engine powered yard tools use. :) |

| Adam | July 9th, 2008 11:16 PM This is why I wish this site were more accessible at the store... I keep forgeting to look. "Pristine" takes a LOT of work. Dispositioning returned items? Sure, sure. No problem. Return to Vendor (used food item), Return to Vendor (telephone), Destroy (crunchified), Return to Vendor (mandatory disposition item), Sell Me (wrong size, color, weight), Return to Vendor (not sold in store no more), Service Order (technical difmiculty), RTV (come back from camping), RTV (no room to sell on floor/ nothing in the hallways), Destroy (very used), eh... Sell Me (I'd buy it - if it was legal to). Done! The trick is to either store up transactions or turn off the power to the hand-held "SNC" (snik) and the printer between uses. Gotta keep them batteries FRESH. Management done spotted my "spare" battery and took it BACK. If you use that there PINK Spackle you can tell when it's dry enough to "hit" with a 19.2 volt Craftsman Mouse Sander. Someone used up all my light-gray Latex paint, so I "borrowed" some of the gray aerosol Primer paint to paint the spackled hole in the wall. Boy, that aerosol stuff smells... |
