| Adam | November 25th, 2008 01:01 PM I might have a new series code. Anyone spot a K9W series tool, yet. It was on an exchanged 44808 ratchet, the other day. |
| lauver | November 25th, 2008 02:02 PM Adam, Good find you series-code-sniffin dog; did you "mark" that ratchet??? Ok, so we know who the OEM is, and that ratchet model is in the 2009 catalog; do you know about how far back that model goes? Is there anything different about this ratchet than say the same model ratchet with a different series code? Perhaps a grease nipple on the ratchet head or a french tickler on the handle? |
| Adam | November 25th, 2008 03:25 PM Just a brand spanking new one. With the use of a Break-Loose-Bar, it would have remained "in-the-field" for a lot longer time. Maybe Sears could offer a BLB "discount" for ratchet returners? |
| Joe | November 26th, 2008 09:03 AM Lauver: Any reply from Danaher on your e-mail? |
| Adam | November 26th, 2008 05:26 PM That reply back would DEFINITELY be a good example of: "Cross your fingers. Don't hold your breath." :) Most of the nice people in Danaher's Customer Service, don't really know those details. But, they try their very best to be helpful. Attitude scores "points", alot of the time. |
